Blue light exposure from electronic devices are very high these days and along with the artificial lights that we spend during the day. These are known to interfere with our circadian rhythm and hence disrupt our sleep routine. Without a proper sleep and rest, it puts stress on the body which then releases Cortisol (a steroid hormone) into the bloodstream that leads to high blood sugar and diabetes.
