- Gluten free Oats (soaked overnight)- 3 tbsp
- Frozen Berries- 1 cup

- Blend all the ingredients.
- For a perfectly blended smoothie, make sure to blend all ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth with no lumps.
- Serve with chopped almonds and berries on top, and add some chia seeds for extra nutrition.
