Ingredients-
- Sattu flour (roasted chana flour)- 1 cup
- Freshly grated coconut- 1 cup
- Desi ghee- 3 tbsp
- Dry coconut powder- ½ tbsp
- Nuts (almonds, cashew, pistachios, walnuts etc)- ½ cup or as required
- Green cardamom powder- 2 tsp
Procedure-
â— Roast dry fruits in a pan with some ghee until they’re nice and browned. Then, grind them up into a powder.
â— To make the sattu laddus, take another pan and add some more ghee. Add the sattu and roast it for about five minutes or until they turn brown.
â— Then, mix in the dry fruit powder, grated coconut, and cardamom powder.
â— Let the mixture cool down, then shape it into small laddus.
â— Dust them with dry coconut powder before serving.
