Ingredients-
- Cream from Tender Coconut- 1 cup
- Lemon juice- 6-8 drops
- Cold water- 1 cup
- Cumin powder- ½ tsp
- Green chillies- 1
- Rock salt- ¼ tsp or as per taste
- Ginger- 1 small
- Curry Leaves- 10 small leaves
Procedure-
● To make a thick coconut cream, blend 1/2 cup of tender coconut’s creamy flesh with water.
● Then, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you reach the desired consistency.
● Serve it chilled.
● You can keep this buttermilk in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
● Additionally, you could replace coconut cream with almond milk or coconut milk, if you prefer.
