Ingredients
- Finely chopped Garlic- 2 cloves
- Finely chopped Onion- 1
- Chopped Pumpkin- 250gm
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp
- Cumin- ½ tsp
- Boiled potato- 1 small
- Mashed Chickpeas
- Tomato puree- 1 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander leaves- as per taste
- Rock salt- as per taste
- White pepper- as per taste
Procedure
- Pressure cook the Pumpkin until it becomes soft and mushy.
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add mashed pumpkin into it and season with cumin and white pepper.
- Add mashed chickpeas.
- Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the tomato puree to the pan and stir it for a few minutes until it is completely cooked.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Tastes best when served hot.
