Ingredients
- Organic almond or Coconut Milk – 1 to 2 cups
- Raw cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
- Chia seeds – 1 tsp
- Flaxseeds – 1 tsp
- High-quality protein powder (Hemp protein will be a good choice) – 1 scoop
- Avocado – 1⁄2 fruit
- Add any seasonal berries – 1⁄2 cup
Procedure
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender using the almond or coconut milk to form the desired thickness.
