  • Organic almond or Coconut Milk – 1 to 2 cups
  • Raw cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds – 1 tsp
  • Flaxseeds – 1 tsp
  • High-quality protein powder (Hemp protein will be a good choice) – 1 scoop
  • Avocado – 1⁄2 fruit
  • Add any seasonal berries – 1⁄2 cup


  • Mix all the ingredients in the blender using the almond or coconut milk to form the desired thickness.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy shake to your liking.
