- Servings- 10 ladoos
Ingredients-
- Foxtail Millet- 1 cup
- Ghee- ¼ cup
- Almonds- ¼ cup
- Cardamom Powder- ½ tsp
- Organic Jaggery- ½ cup
Procedure-
- Wash one cup of Foxtail Millet and dry it out. Grind the Millet into flour.
- Dry roast Foxtail Millet in a Kadai with ¼ cup of ghee. Roast in low flame until the bubbles start appearing.
- Switch off the flame. Let the mixture cool.
- Add almonds and cardamom powder.
- Add ½ cup of organic jaggery and mix it well.
- Make small balls and serve them.
