Healthy Mash-Up Soup is a veggie lover’s dream come true! Carrots, tomatoes, and beets come together to create a soup that is both warm and comforting. Plus, the addition of beets makes Healthy Mash-Up Soup extra delicious! 

  • Prep time– 10 minutes 
  • Cooking time– 20 minutes 
  • Servings- 2-3 people 


  • Beetroot Peeled and Sliced- 1 big
  • Diced Tomatoes- 6 Medium-Sized
  • Carrot Peeled and Sliced- 2 Large
  • Garlic- 2 Cloves 
  • Himalayan Salt- as per taste
  • Ghee- 1 tbsp
  • Water- 2 cups/ 500 ml
  • Black Pepper- as per taste
  • Roasted Cumin- as per taste
  • Chilli Flakes- as per taste

For garnish- 

  • Dried oregano- as per taste 
  • Chopped raw spring onion- as per taste 


  • Add beets, tomato, carrots, garlic and salt to the pressure cooker. Add water and let it pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
  • Let the veggies cool. 
  • Use a blender to puree the cooked veggies until smooth, then strain the mixture through a metal sieve. 
  • In a pan, melt a spoonful of ghee. Add black pepper and cumin powder. Stir until combined. 
  • After you’ve strained the soup, let it boil until it becomes thick. If you need to, add more salt and pepper to taste. 
  • This soup is best served hot, with some spring onion and dried oregano for added flavour.
