Jowar Methi Paratha or Fenugreek & Sorghum Flat Bread is gotten from maize kernels and a great alternative to the traditional wheat based parathas or rotis. Not only are these delicious to taste, but also contains a good source of nutrients.

Ingredients:
- Finely chopped Fresh Methi – 1 cup
- Rock salt to taste
- Turmeric (Haldi) – ¼ tsp
- Cumin seeds (Jeera) – 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
- Ajwain – ½ tsp
- Jowar flour – 1.5 cups
Procedure:
- Take a good amount of fresh methi greens. Finely chop the leaves and add rock salt, chilly powder, turmeric, cumin powder, sesame seeds, and ajwain. Mix everything well!
- Now add the Jowar flour and mix it thoroughly.
- If required, add curd to properly knead the dough.
- Keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Your dough is ready. Now prepare the paratha.
