Sattu is a protein-rich flour that cools in the summer because of its qualities. It is now well-known in India as a superfood with numerous health advantages and is frequently referred to as the energy powerhouse.

Ingredients-
- Sattu flour (roasted chana flour)- 1 cup
- Freshly grated coconut- 1 cup
- Desi ghee- 3 tbsp
- Dry coconut powder- ½ tbsp
- Nuts (almonds, cashew, pistachios, walnuts etc)- ½ cup or as required
- Green cardamom powder- 2 tsp
Procedure-
● Roast dry fruits in a pan with some ghee until they’re nice and browned. Then, grind them up into a powder.
● To make the sattu laddus, take another pan and add some more ghee. Add the sattu and roast it for about five minutes or until they turn brown.
● Then, mix in the dry fruit powder, grated coconut, and cardamom powder.
● Let the mixture cool down, then shape it into small laddus.
● Dust them with dry coconut powder before serving.
● Enjoy these healthy laddus to your heart’s content.
