Chocolate cake is a popular dessert but is also unhealthy. So why not make this cake healthy. If you’re craving chocolate, you need to try this cake!
● Prep time- 10 minutes
● Making time- 40 minutes
● Servings- 6 person
Ingredients-
- Amaranth flour- 1 cup
- Aluminum-free baking powder- 1 tbsp
- Baking soda- 1 tbsp
- Rock salt- 1 pinch
- Cocoa powder- 1 tbsp
- Olive oil/ Peanut butter- ¾ cup
- Water- ½ cup or as required
- Walnuts- 1 cup
- Sugar-free chocolate- ¼ cup
- Flax seed powder (mixed with water)- 2 tbsp
- Dates- 6 nos (deseeded)
Procedure-
● When you’re baking a cake, you need to sift together all of your dry ingredients before you start working with the wet ones. In this case, that’s the amaranth flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
● Then, mix together your dates and water. And, of course, you’ll need to melt your chocolate.
● Once that’s done, take half of the melted chocolate and stir in either peanut butter or olive oil.
● Now it’s time to get started on the flax seed paste. Using a hand blender, combine the flax seed powder paste, dates, and little warm water. Once you see the froth slowly whisk in flour and very finely chopped nuts.
● Grease the cake pan, sprinkle it with cocoa powder, and then add the flour mixture.
● Bake it at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
● Flip the cake out of the cake tin after it has finished baking, then top it with the remaining melted chocolate and chopped walnuts.
● Before serving the cake, keep it in the refrigerator.
