Dates Nuts chikki is in the form of a dense bar, and it is packed full of nutrients like proteins, iron and vitamin E. Dates Nuts chikki can help satisfy hunger, and the dry fruits used in it blend perfectly together. 

Prep time- 15 minutes 

Cook time- 10 minutes 

Servings- 4 people 

Ingredients- 

  • Nuts (Almonds, Cashew, Pistachio, Raisins)- as per requirement 
  • Dates- as per requirement 

Procedure- 

  • Roast all the nuts until they’re nice and crispy. Then, chop them into small pieces. 
  • To prepare the dates, first, remove all the seeds and then grind them in a mixture.
  • In a food processor, mix together dates and nuts until they form a dough. Roll the dough into a log, then cut it into round slices. Enjoy as a healthy snack!
